Is an MBA worth it?

It sometimes feels like less people are getting an MBA these days. Is an MBA still worth as much as it used to/is it just as prestigious?

Honestly, the prestige of your MBA matters a good amount in terms of whether it is worth it or not. If you are going to Wharton, HBS, Columbia Business, Stanford, UChicago Booth, etc. it looks really good on your resume obviously. But if it isn't a big prestigious name then it might not be worth your time as much (from networking and resume builder standpoint). Can still be pretty good for coursework, and taking a break from the work-life grind though
